About the Conference

The 3rd International Conference on Smart Technologies in Urban Engineering (STUE-2024) held by O.M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy in Kharkiv will deal with the safety and security of critical urban infrastructure, particularly under emergency conditions.

STUE-2024 aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers, and stakeholders within the industry to exchange and share their experiences, best practices, and research results concerning all aspects and innovations of Smart Technologies in Urban Engineering.

Aiming to ensure the safety of the STUE-2024 participants under the conditions of a full-scale invasion of the aggressor into the territory of independent Ukraine, and taking into account the successful experience of the previous online conference, the Organizing Committee decided to carry out all conference sections online.
