Authors should submit their papers online using the Meteor — Springer Nature Submission System. Unregistered authors should first create an account on Meteor to log in.
The manuscripts should be submitted in PDF format (file extension *.pdf). The deadline for paper submission is August 31, 2025.
All papers that conform to the submission guidelines will be peer-reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, completeness, relevance to the conference topics, contributions, and readability.
Acceptance notification will be sent to the corresponding author on September 15, 2025, via email. The authors of the accepted papers will be allowed to make corrections following the suggestions of the reviewers and submit final camera-ready papers no later than September 25, 2025.
